NFL free agent and former New York Jets star Muhammad Wilkerson was arrested in New Jersey for driving while intoxicated and marijuana possession.
According to multiple reports, the 30-year-old defensive lineman was driving west on I-80 in Paterson, New Jersey on Monday when he was pulled over.
Recreational marijuana is illegal in New Jersey, but medicinal use is permitted.

Wilkerson was previously arrested for driving while intoxicated and ignoring a stop sign last June.
Since then he has pleaded guilty to the DWI charge
A former first-round pick and 2015 Pro Bowl selection, the defensive lineman has battled injuries and hasn’t played in the NFL since a stint with the Packers in 2018
Wilkerson, who has earned $55 million over his career, has not officially retired.
