The Falcons have decided to decline defensive end Takkarist McKinley’s fifth-year option. He made the announcement himself on Twitter with a very short tweet.
The former first-round pick back in 2017 came into the league with high expectations and has failed to deliver on them. The 24-year-old is really going to need to turn it on this season.
