Falcons receiver Julio Jones wants a new contract before the season starts.  The 30-year-old, who has two years left on his current deal, is confident that a new deal will eventually get done.

Jones says he isn’t too worried about it, and if a new deal doesn’t get done before training camp starts, he won’t be holding out.  Team owner Arthur Blank assured the team’s top target that a deal will get done.

Signing 30-year-old receivers to massive new deals is always a good idea.  What could possibly go wrong?
