Veteran running back Frank Gore signed a one-year deal with the Jets on Tuesday. The 36-year-old joins a backfield that already has star running back Le’Veon Bell.
Gore isn’t the workhorse running back he used to be, but he can still get the job done when called upon. He revealed that prior to agreeing to the deal with the Jets he had another offer on the table.
According to Gore, the Las Vegas Raiders were also interested in his services.
