The 30-year-old has donated 12,000 face shields to medical professionals in New York, where he works now, and Southern California, where he grew up.

At Stanton’s direction, each area will receive 6,000 shields, divvied up to different facilities.
The New York recipients are BronxCare Health in The Bronx, Brookdale Hospital Medical Center in Brooklyn and Jamaica Hospital Medical Center and Flushing Hospital Medical Center in Queens.
