Hockey is a dangerous sport, even for those on the bench.  Golden Knights defenseman Brayden McNabb was reminded of that on Wednesday night.

McNabb was taken to the locker room after taking a deflected puck to the mouth while on the bench.  It sounded like he would just need a few stitches.

You have to keep your head on a swivel at all times during a hockey game.  Because sometimes you just might take a puck to the face.

The Golden Knights ended up winning the game, beating the Islanders 3-2.  A win should help ease the pain of a puck to the mouth, right?
