Vegas Golden Knights goaltender Robin Lehner had a strongly worded response to news of the rising death toll in his native Sweden. The country has not responded to the coronavirus pandemic with any lockdown measures.
The schools in Sweden continue to operate, travel has not been restricted at all and the ski resorts remain open to the public despite many other countries around the world implementing social distancing measures.
Lehner called the leaders of Sweden “f*cking idiots” in a tweet responding to the news that the country is not on lockdown despite the number of deaths in the country nearly doubling in one day.
