Hassan Whiteside wanted out of Miami and thanks to the four team trade to acquire Jimmy Butler, he got his wish. As a result of the deal between the 76ers, Heat, Trail Blazers and Clippers, Whiteside is headed to Portland.
The center was very excited about leaving Miami. He posted a video of himself going nuts and repeatedly saying “we got shooters.” Obviously a shot at the Heat’s lack of shooters.

It won’t take him long to find out how good he had it in South Beach. Portland isn’t Miami and something tells me Whiteside is in for a rude awakening.
