Hawaii offensive lineman Solo Vaipulu was arrested on Monday after a witness turned him in to authorities for routinely violating Hawaii’s quarantine rules.  All visitors and returning residents must quarantine themselves for 14 days.

Vaipulu is accused of leaving his designated quarantine location on a daily basis.  The snitch turned the 21-year-old in to authorities at the Department of the Attorney General.
