Squats

 

Stand upright with your legs spread apart at hip width. Straighten your arms and take the weights, keeping it in front of your feet. Without moving your hands, squat as if you would like to sit in a chair. Perform the movement using your buttock muscles, without stretching your legs. Your knees should be level with your toes. Then return to the starting position, using your thigh and buttock muscles. When you get up, tighten your buttocks for 1 second. Repeat the exercise 12 – 15 times, and repeat it all together four times.

 

Lunges

 

These are one of the best butt exercises. For starters, stand upright with your hands on your hips. Then step forward with one foot and bend it at a 90-degree angle. Take a big enough step so that your lower leg is vertical and your thigh is parallel to the ground. The foot behind should be bent, but the knee should not touch the ground. Pause for a moment before making the step again. Step back and repeat the exercise 15-20 times with each leg.

 

Bridge

 

Lie on your back, feet on the ground, knees bent, legs slightly apart, arms lowered to the sides. Tighten your buttocks and tighten your abdominal muscles. Continue to tighten your buttocks muscles as you lift your hips as far as you can. Hold for a few seconds in this position. Tighten your buttocks; slowly lower your hips to the floor, lowering your middle back first, and then your butt.
