Jameis Winston is in the last year of his rookie contract.  He’s put up some huge numbers this season with 4,908 yards and 31 touchdowns through 15 games.  But as is the case with Jameis, you have to take the good with the bad.  The bad has been an NFL worst 28 interceptions.

Despite his turnover problems and lack of success in the win column, the Buccaneers quarterback is reportedly seeking over $30 million a year.  To make matters worse for Tampa Bay, Winston would be “extremely unhappy” if he were to be franchise tagged.

Winston and his agent also believe there would be a market for his services in free agency.  One team that could be interested is the Bears.
