An Instagram post from Jason Pierre-Paul earlier this week revealed that he is still wearing a neck brace, two months after he fractured a vertebra in a car accident.

The Buccaneers pass rusher isn’t expected to see the field this season until at least October. He will have his neck re-evaluated in two months.
Via Pro Football Talk:
“If you woke up this morning, count your blessings,” Pierre-Paul wrote on social media. “We all go through things in life, and if you’re going through something, it will pass. Trust me. Just remember that we [are] blessed to be here and make the best out of every situation.
“Things turn out best for those who make the best out of the way things turn out.”
If you’re JPP, you have to realize you don’t have the best of luck. If you take any chances it isn’t going to workout for you. Just look at the fireworks incident and this car accident as proof.
