NFL defensive end star Jason Pierre-Paul has put his six-bedroom crash pad in Montclair, NJ, on the market for $1.25 million. He bought the house last year in August for $1 million, only six months beofe the New York Giants traded him to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Now it looks like it’s time to get out, because who needs a vacation home in Jersey when you live in Florida all year round.
