The Cowboys have found their new head coach.  They’ve reached an agreement with former Packers head coach Mike McCarthy on a five-year deal.

The deal was reached after McCarthy reportedly had a sleepover with owner Jerry Jones.  That must have been quite the scene.

Reports are that McCarthy was Jones’ third choice after Saints head coach Sean Payton and Vikings head coach Mike Zimmer.
