During an appearance on 105.3 The Fan on Tuesday morning Jones gave Garrett a pretty strong endorsement:

“He’s evolved into what I think is a top coach.  He would be very sought after if he was on the open market.”

Are we buying what Jones is trying to sell here?  Not exactly.  These aren’t the comments you would expect following three straight losses.
