The son of Cubs manager Joe Maddon took to social media on Monday and trashed the Cubs front office and Dodgers manager Dave Roberts.
The critical post from Joseph Maddon came after news that Dave Roberts received a 4-year extension from the Dodgers.
The younger Maddon clearly was suggesting that his father is a better manager than Roberts and deserves an extension from the Cubs.
All of those things that Maddon says about his old man are true. But so is the fact that the Cubs have Theo Epstein.
The truth of the matter is that Epstein is the real genius and the one who really deserves the credit for all of the Cubs success.
