The 76ers and Celtics tipped off in Boston on Tuesday night to get the NBA season started. The Celtics won the game 105-87.
After the game Sixers star Joel Embiid talked about the so-called rivalry, “JJ mentioned it, this is not a rivalry. I don’t know our record against them but it’s pretty bad. They always kick our ass.”

True story. Philly is going to have to pickup a few wins against them, especially in the postseason if they want to call this a rivalry.
The Sixers will likely have to figure out how to beat them if they want to get to The Finals anytime soon. This Celtics team is built for a run of a few years in the East.
