The Raiders kicked off the preseason with a 14-3 win over the Rams on Saturday in Oakland. They did so without receiver Antonio Brown, who is dealing with frostbite on his feet and a helmet dispute with the NFL.
After the game head coach Jon Gruden took the time to talk about his injured receiver. He unexpectedly defended Brown’s recent behavior by saying his foot injuries aren’t his fault and backing his helmet fight.
