Former Saints star Darren Sharper attempted to have his 18-year prison sentence thrown out. The 43-year-old claimed that his attorneys failed to properly advise him when he admitted that he had drugged and sexually assaulted multiple women in four states.
A federal judge in New Orleans didn’t buy Sharper’s claims and rejected his attempt to have his prison sentence thrown out.
