This Kate Upton workout somehow wasn’t on our radar when it dropped on New Year’s Day. But you know what they say, better late than never.
Upton started her 2020 off by setting her personal record and a women’s gym record in landmine reverse lunges with 110 pounds on the bar.
Pretty impressive stuff for the 27-year-old.
The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model’s trainer captioned the video perfectly, “Kate Upton is kicking off the new year with a bang. 110 pounds on the bar. New personal record, and a women’s gym record. Sheesh, that’s strong. Big things ahead in 2020.”
