Kawhi Leonard recently made an appearance on Serge Ibaka’s YouTube cooking show, “How Hungry Are You?” The episode was posted on Thursday and answers whether or not Kawhi is returning to Toronto.
Ibaka comes right out and asks his Raptors teammate if he is returning to Toronto next season. The soon-to-be free agent technically answered the question, but he did so with an all-time awkward non-answer.
We all already know the answer, don’t we? There’s almost no chance he returns to Toronto next season. Kawhi is most likely going to take his talents to Los Angeles and join the Clippers.
Los Angeles is where Kawhi wanted to go in the first place. We don’t blame him for giving the non-answer, but it would have been awesome to hear him say that he wasn’t going to be back.
