The Kawhi Leonard watch could be coming to an end as early as Friday.  According to FOX Sports 1’s Cris Carter, who somehow is connected to Kawhi’s camp, he believes there’s going to be an announcement about his future in the NBA today.

“For Kawhi, this is about which organization is going to support his quest to be the best player in the world and get as many championships as possible. To me, the only team that presents that is the Lakers. I believe there’s going to be an announcement today.”

Carter’s comment seems to indicate that Kawhi might be leaning towards signing with the Lakers.  Hopefully Carter is right and we get an announcement before Friday ends.
