Falcons safety Keanu Neal, sobbing in pain and obviously injured, threw his helmet.

He just suffered an Achilles injury.
It’s an especially devastating injury for Neal, after he tore his ACL in the season opener and missed the rest of the season.
He was obviously very frustarted.
