The Oakland A’s prepared their fan base for the upcoming season on Saturday with a fanfest. The fans got a glimpse into how the season will play out with an exchange between a kid and the A’s mascot.
The season will start off with a lot of hope and optimism, but will ultimately end with A’s getting punched repeatedly in the groin. That’s exactly how the past few seasons have played out in Oakland.

A’s fans typically don’t put themselves through the ups and mostly downs of the 81 game home schedule. They instead choose to stay home and watch the failure from afar.
