NBA Hall of Famer Patrick Ewing is pivoting from selling to renting. 

It’s now available to rent for $25,000 a month.

The home was initially listed back in 2015 for $7 million. The price was reduced to $6.5 million in 2016, $6 million in 2017, and $5.5 million in 2018.

It was last on the market for $4.8 million.

No luck selling, so now he’ll try to rent.
