Knicks Rookie R.J. Barrett is Not Playing for Canada in the FIBA World Cup Due to a Calf Injury

Knicks rookie R.J. Barrett is disappointed that he won’t be able to play for Canada in this year’s FIBA World Cup.  According to reports the former Duke star is nursing a calf injury he suffered playing in the Summer League.

The Knicks have a lot of hope that Barrett can be the player he was in college.  He struggled during the Summer League and the fact that he suffered a calf strain isn’t a good sign either.
