Last week, Beyonce’s father, Matthew Knowles, shared a video taken on the set of Destiny’s Child’s video shoot, in which he can be seen driving past a young Kobe Bryant for a lay-up.
He was pretty happy about it all these years later.
The footage showed Kobe bricking a jump shot while everyone was watching the two go at it.
Naturally he posted.
Now we finally get to hear Kobe’s take on the matchup.

“I don’t remember him scoring another basket after that,” Bryant said. “I had to be nice a little bit. It is his video set, so, I decided to let him get a little lay-up in.”
