Cardinals quarterback and former Oakland A’s first-round draft pick Kyler Murray decided to return his signing bonus to Oakland and play football. He was then drafted with the No. 1 overall pick in the NFL draft and had a solid rookie season.
With baseball seemingly in Murray’s rearview mirror, the talk of him being a two sport athlete again are back. He was recently asked about playing both sports in the same calendar year and admitted he would love to put that on his resume.
