Lamar Odom celebrated his 40th trip around the sun this week thanks to his fitness trainer girlfriend Sabrina Parr.
The former LA Laker was spotted breaking a sweat on the dance floor of Atlanta nightclub Medusa alongside his lady love and several friends.
