There’s no question that LaMelo Ball is a very talented basletball player. Is he a first overall pick talent? According to his father, LaVar Ball, he is.
The elder Ball told Yahoo Sports on Saturday night, after LeMelo dropped 25 points in his Drew League debut, that he’ll be the number one overall pick next season.
We’re used to bold claims by LaVar Ball at this point. Whether or not Melo will be the top pick in next year’s draft is obviously yet to be seen, but he’ll likely find himself on an NBA roster.
