LeBron James returned to Miami for the first time as a Laker and went off on the franchise he won two titles with.  He dropped 51-points on the Heat during a 113-97 win.

With the performance LeBron became the first Laker since Kobe Bryant to score 50 in a game.  He also made NBA history by becoming the 3rd player with multiple 40-point games in his 16th season or later.

The other two are Kobe Bryant and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, both of them also did it with the Lakers.

Something tells us when the game ended LeBron wasn’t finished scoring.  He was back in Miami after all and he knows where to go to pickup a add a fee more points to his stat line.
