It took LSU until Friday afternoon to finally announce that classes would be canceled for the National Championship game. Obviously they want to encourage their students to make the short trip to New Orleans to cheer on their Tigers as they take on Clemson.
This is the only move.
Sure it’s a football game, but we’re far past the days of pretending that College Football doesn’t bring in stacks and stacks of money for schools aren’t we?
