Bellator 222 turned back the clock about 10 years on Friday night when two former UFC stars Lyoto Machida and Chael Sonnen fought at Madison Square Garden.
The night ended just 22 seconds into the second round when Machida dropped Sonnen with a second flying knee.

Following the loss, the 42-year-old Sonnen retired again.

We’ll probably see him fight at least one more time. Some of these mixed martial arts fighters have a hard time knowing when it’s time to hang it up.
It might be all of the shots to the head that makes it hard for them to think clearly.
