The Lakers didn’t make the playoffs this year and the Conference Finals are currently taking place, but that didn’t keep “First Take” from talking about them. 

On Monday morning they had former Lakers president Magic Johnson on to discuss how things ended for him in Los Angeles.

During his appearance, Johnson identified general manager Rob Pelinka as the backstabber who led him to his untimely resignation. 

You have to love Magic Johnson.  He will day whatever is on his mind at all times.  All you have to do is convince him to come on your show.  

We need more of Magic Johnson in our lives.  Hopefully he ends up in a position where he’s in front of a camera.
