Steelers quarterback Mason Rudolph was benched by Mike Tomlin against the winless Bengals on Sunday. He went 8-of-16 for 85 yards with no touchdowns and an interception.
Backup quarterback Devlin Hodges took over and connected for a touchdown pass to receiver James Washington.
