Game 1 of the World Series features two of the best left-handed pitchers in baseball, Clayton Kershaw for the Dodgers and Chris Sale for the Red Sox.  It was the hitters making all of the noise early.

Kershaw gave up two runs in the first inning.  Dodgers DH Matt Kemp put Los Angeles on the board with a solo home run into the Monster seats in left.

So far the World Series looks like it’s going to be a slugfest.  Get ready, there could be a hundred runs scored in this series.  Both teams certainly have the bats to do so.
