Memphis center James Wiseman has been declared ineligible again.  A temporary restraining order allowed him to play after he was originally declared ineligible.

Memphis will now have to wait for the NCAA to reinstate him before he can play in another game this season.  He will still be allowed to practice with the team.

The 18-year-old freshman was ruled ineligible because head coach Penny Hardaway allegedly paid for his family to move to Memphis.

Wiseman is averaging 19.7 points and 10.7 rebounds per game.
