MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred sat down with ESPN’s Karl Ravich to discuss the Astros sign stealing scandal.  He didn’t do himself any favors by doing so.

Baseball fans were not happy with Manfred’s responses when it came to the allegations that the Astros used buzzers and what he plans to do if opposing teams throw at Houston hitters.

Manfred couldn’t say with 100% certainty that buzzers weren’t used and after not punishing Astros players for cheating, he plans to punish pitchers who throw at Houston hitters.
