The Dodgers have signed outfielder AJ Pollock to a 4-year $55 million deal with fifth year player option.  The move comes after Los Angeles traded away outfielders Matt Kemp and Yasiel Puig in December.

Not exactly a splash signing, but an overall solid player.

The 30-year-old Pollock spent the first seven years of his career in Arizona.  He was an All-Star back in 2015 and hit a career high 21 home runs last season.

Pollock has also been slowed by injuries, but he should provide a decent right handed bat in a lineup that has struggled hitting against left handed pitching.
