Justin Verlander lost the Cy Young Award, and his wife was back at again after Verlander finished behind Blake Snell in the Cy Young voting.
After it was announced that the 25-year-old Rays starter was crowned as the AL’s best pitcher this past season, Upton took to Twitter to announce her boycott of Tampa.

This tweet references her Twitter rant in 2016 when Verlander lost out on the Cy Young and was left off the ballot of by two voters from Tampa.
He had the majority of 1st place votes and 2 writers didn't have him on their ballots?!! can you pick more out of touch people to vote?@MLB

Looks like marriage and motherhood has given Kate a sense of humor. Verlander and Upton are so well off, complaining about dumb awards is so petty.
