Browns defensive end Myles Garrett has been reinstated by the NFL.  He was suspended indefinitely after bashing Steelers quarterback Mason Rudolph over the head with his own helmet.

Garrett responded to the news on Twitter, as did the Browns, who are welcoming him back with open arms.  He is back on the active roster effective immediately.
