Linebacker Myles Jack signed a four-year $57 million contract extension with the Jaguars on Sunday.  The deal makes him the third highest paid player at his position.

It also makes him, as Ian Rapoport made sure to point out, the highest paid linebacker who hasn’t made the Pro Bowl.  Rapoport has been a hater of Jack’s since before he was drafted in 2016.

Prior to the draft that year NFL Network insider wrote an article about Jack possibly sliding in the draft because of a knee injury.  He did slide, but has done nothing but produce in the NFL.

Late into the night on Sunday, Jack fired back at Rapoport for throwing shade at his new deal.

Jack never forgets.  If you keep taking shots he’s eventually going fire back.
