Hackett becomes the first fall guy for a continually inept Jacksonville offense.
The firing comes after the Jags’ seventh straight loss to fall to 3-8 after starting the season 3-1.
This is what assistant coaches are for, they are the fall guys.
Eventually the head coach will go if things don’t improve.
