Quarterback Nick Foles led the Eagles to a big 32-30 win over the Texans on Sunday to keep their playoff hopes alive.  The game was Philadelphia’s last home game of the season and could be Foles’ last in an Eagles uniform.

Foles is likely to be a free agent after the season and was asked about the possibility that he played his last game as an Eagle in Philadelphia on Sunday.  He admitted it was a little emotional.

“It’s emotional. I love playing in Philly. I knew there’s a chance this could be it. This city means a lot to me. There’s a chance it’s coming to an end. I am very grateful for every opportunity to play here.”

Despite struggling at the beginning of the season, when Carson Wentz was still recovering from his torn ACL, Foles has proven he can still play at a high level in this league and be a starter.

Despite that fact, the Eagles are expected to move on from the 29-year-old Super Bowl hero.

The Eagles still have a shot at making it back into the playoffs.  They need to beat the Redskins in Week 17 and the Bears need to beat the Vikings and they’re in.
