Warriors co-chairman Joe Lacob released a statement on Monday about Kevin Durant’s departure. He had nothing but nice things to say about the now former Warrior.
Lacob then added that as long as he was the co-chairman of the Warriors, “no player will ever wear #35 for the Warriors again.”

Someone sounds a little guilty that Durant gave the Warriors his Achilles and a season after receiving bad medical advice. Having your number all but retired by Golden State evens things out, right?
No wonder KD decided to leave for Brooklyn and a chance to team up with Kyrie Irving.
