Odell Beckham Jr. says he respects and values the opinion of New York Giants co-owner John Mara that the star wide receiver make more noise with his play rather than his words.

Mara made statements after OBJ appeared on ESPN publicly talking about his teammates

Beckham seemed to take the critique in stride.

Mara told Newsday earlier this week that the two would eventually sit down and talk. Beckham said that hasn’t yet happened but intimated they have talked, just not in an extended session.

Beckham took the high road when asked whether he should be free to speak his mind.

If Beckham was smart and wants to make losing a lot easier for himself, he’d let his play do the talking from now on.

The Giants don’t need more fuel on their dumpster fire of a season.

Mara also needs to chill a little bit as well.
