Odell Beckham Jr. was asked Friday what his goals were for the second half of the year. The star receiver still has hopes the 1-7 Giants can make a run at the playoffs.
Via NY Daily News:
“Win eight games. Go 9-7 and get in the playoffs.”
Is OBJ for real or is this one of those things players on bad teams say to make it appear as if they haven’t given up?
It’s not entirely out of the question, given the fact that nobody has run away with the NFC East, but if I was a Giants fan, I wouldn’t count on it.
It’s going to be a tall order for them to win one more game this season, let alone eight in a row.
