Browns fans with an “OB JR 13” personalized license plate had a chance encounter with Odell Beckham as they were driving down the road. The fans asked the Browns receiver if he would pull over and sign the license plate.
Beckham did pull over and he took the time to sign their personalized plate. Their one of a kind plate is even more of a unique item.
