Ohio State Football Players Who Were Charged With Rape and Dismissed From Team Plead Not Guilty

Wednesday night, head coach Ryan Day announced that Riep and Wint were dismissed from the football program.

Wint’s attorney, Sam Shamansky, told 10TV on Wednesday, “He’s wrongly accused, he shouldn’t be in jail, and we’re gonna prove it.”

Riep’s attorney, Karl Schneider, sent 10TV the following statement: “These are some of the most serious and troubling allegations one can face. However, Amir maintains his innocence and is prepared to face these difficult times over the coming weeks and months.”
