UFC fighter Paige VanZant made an appearance on Ariel Helwani’s MMA Show on Monday and revealed that she makes more on Instagram than she does fighting in the octagon. Not only that, but if she were to stop all of her other money making ventures, she would actually lose money fighting.
That’s absolutely insane to hear. The UFC, as an organization, is swimming in money. But it sounds like if you aren’t one of the top male fighters in the sport then you aren’t making enough to live on.
